Chase Estates Integration Model

Estates spend vast amounts on implementing many disparate systems including ERP, Access Control, CCTV, Guard Monitoring as well as on physical guarding. The single missing component is the Integrated Estate Management Platform CHASE.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE
All maintenance requirements are logged into Chase and notifications are sent to the necessary service providers to ensure problems are resolved immediately.


CCTV CHECKING & MAINTENANCE
Chase is configured to prompt controllers to ensure that CCTV cameras are in working order at all times.  Any maintenance on these cameras will be recorded and acted upon.  Chase ensures compliance & accountability.


RESIDENTS
Residents are able to log queries with the control room and receive a unique reference number to track progress.  They are also able to request access for domestic cleaners, gardeners and other visitors for better control over security.  Chase911 provides a panic button on all residents mobiles linked into Chase.


ACCESS CONTROL
Integration with existing access control systems has proven to be a highly effective way of monitoring entry and exits of visitors / contractors to the Estate.


GUARD MONITORING
By integrating with existing guard monitoring systems like Bloodhound, Chase ensures that you are notified of failed patrols on your estate, allowing you to manage your serviced providers more effectively.


VISITOR MANAGEMENT
With Chase, visitors can be pre-registered on the system and given a unique access number, ensuring better control and efficient service.


CHASE DATA SHARING
Chase Data Sharing enables the sharing of incident data across all Estates on the Chase Estates Network to collectively fight crime.


The CHASE ESTATE MANAGEMENT system is utilized by a number of Lifestyle Estates, including De Zalze, Steenberg, Leopard Creek and Atlantic Beach. The features and roll-out plan for a new client is as follows:
