Its thin client technology means that your complete system can be accessed over the Internet, LAN or WAN through any secure connection. As a result, you can log in remotely without compromising your system security and the confidentiality of your incident and investigation data.
Chase Mobile is currently conducted in 2 ways: via Cell Phone Java application or via Bluetooth Database Pen and Digital Forms, giving field staff the ability to report directly into the database, including pin pointing the location with GPS coordinates. Even when the user is not in a cell phone reception area, data is stored on the handset until coverage is reached, at which time synchronization is seamless.
