Quantific is a web based Employee Intelligence Centre that controls information on employees (like Credit, Employment, Education/Qualification history, criminal, etc.) from all industries using a technology called the CRV platform. The cutting edge technology verifies, validates and manages information on employees in real time and offers the first tracking system for employers where the status and history of employees can be tracked and recorded in real time between branches or organizations.

Prof1t is a single Labour Rostering, Pay-roll and integrated biometrics system.  It predominates in the Security industry though there are other excellent opportunities in medical and other fields. In the Guarding Industry there are currently NO single Roster and Payroll solutions, and only ONE specialist rostering solution (Easy Roster) that operates disparately with VIP payroll predominantly.  The application is targeted at the following industries:  Security (Guarding), Cleaning, Labour Broking, Medical and any company or organisation that has to manage shifts, scheduling and payroll of large disparate labour forces.

Chase Operations Management Platform

CHASE is an Operations Management platform rich with features, it ensures that the key operational elements in the departments of Security, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Transport, Risk, and Asset Management are well managed.  Chase brings all Incidents into a Control Room or Call Centre environment to be handled swiftly and appropriately.

Transbot Booking System

  • Electronic OB

The Electronic OB is a user-friendly interface that allows the user to record basic information regarding any incident or event. It is easy to use, makes use of pre-determined capture lists, ensuring the integrity of data captured for reporting purposes.

  • Risk Manager

Chase offers a comprehensive Incident and Case Management Module that allows the user to manage incident and investigation information electronically. Through this module the user can build an entire case and continuously add relevant information; in so doing, building a database containing valuable information for reporting purposes and future use. This module includes Email/SMS auto notifications, SOP’s, workflow and assignment, attachment uploads, statements, investigations and closure, as well as multiple “interactive” reports and dashboards for management purposes.

  • Preventative Maintenance

This module produces an automated checklist according to predefined maintenance schedules for all assets and equipment on site, notifying staff to test/ensure that these pieces of equipment are in full working condition and compliant. In the event that something is not working correctly, it is logged into Chase, and the relevant parties are notified immediately, speeding up the process to repairing the item. This ensures compliance, accountability and measurability. In the event that the item is covered under an SLA or Warranty, it would be checked against the SLA manager and the correct process will be put in motion.

  • SLA Manager

The SLA Management module unlocks the world of effective Service Provider service level management.  This module can be applied to any service level agreement with specific staff and service requirements. All assets can be effectively managed and maintained, with the client and service provider being informed in real time. It eliminates conflict between client and service provider by providing auditable communications and instructions, ensuring that SLA terms and conditions are met and measured, as well as ensuring that valuable assets and priority equipment is functioning optimally.

  • Asset Register

The Asset Register allows for moveable assets to be managed more effectively. Assets are registered, bar coded and can be checked ‘in’ and ‘out’ to staff members via the Asset Register. The user also has access to the history of each asset in terms of when it was checked ‘in’ and ‘out’, and who the responsible party was.

  • Verifier

By making use of Biometric Integration, Chase is able to verify and keep record of contractor staff entering and leaving your sites, with a major focus on the “credentials” of the contractor meeting the client’s requirements. A good example of this is the client paying for a “B-Grade” guard, but getting a “D-Grade” guard posted without knowing. This has a significant cost implication, as well as other possible liabilities to the client. The implementation of this module is a big step towards improved on-site risk management and control.

  • CCTV Operator

This module guides the CCTV operator through SOP’s and the correct positioning, camera view and deals with non conformance.

  • Mobile

We are able to deploy any of our software modules (or components of modules) onto multiple mobile platforms, ranging from cell phones, tablets to PDA’s and netbooks. This provides the ability to log information into the Chase solution from virtually any location in real time without having to be at a PC.

  • Helpdesk

The Chase application is utilized for the purpose of managing all helpdesk calls, whether it be for maintenance or general service calls. The user is able to record all the related information as well as feedback, assign tasks and manage calls effectively. Chase includes the automated SMS and email module which communicates with specific people in the event of specific calls being logged.

Chase Campsec (University Campus Solutions)

CHASE CampSec is a web-based University platform comprising of modules that allow multiple users to log, analyze, manage and report on Incidents in the areas of Security, Traffic Manager, Permit Manager, Lost & Found, and HazChem integrated with each other and with other key University systems. The software is accessible from any secure Internet connection, therefore streamlining multisite Incident Reporting, Management and analysis through a single data entry interface.  Currently we dominate this space in eight Universities and it is our objective to bring on board another 16 Universities in South Africa.

  • Security

The security module captures related data from the field and runs it through processes, rules and into an investigations module if required.  Management Reports are generated with BI and reporting platforms like Analyst Notebook integrated.

We have been asked to participate in developing a Universities “FBI” system of sharing data to help combat crime.

  • Traffic Manager

The Traffic Management module was designed to cater for traffic fines and fine management.

  • Permit Manager

The Permit Management module was designed to cater for vehicle permit management. The module includes a sub-module on vehicle booking that follows the process from the booking of the vehicle to the payment of the booking. In addition, the Permit Manager module includes a parking permitting and infringement management tool that allows the user to issue parking permits and administer any parking infringements such as wheel clamping and illegal parking. It incorporates financial auditing and reporting. This module can effectively be utilised to manage any type of permit for a clients requirements.

  • Lost and Found

The Lost & Found module was developed to manage all lost and found property. The module allows the user to add found property to an inventory and capture information regarding property reported lost. The solution also offers the user the ability to manage the disposal process of unclaimed property, whether this is by sale, donation or destruction, and incorporates the financial audit trail and invoicing. Lost & Found is particularly effective at sites with high quantities of staff, visitors, customers, students or contractors.

  • HazChem

Hazardous Chemical Manager allows for chemical inventory management. This includes tracking and recording of chemical storage, usage and disposals.

  • E9

We are launching E9 into the Universities first (potential 800 000 students), much like FaceBook started, for free and sponsored, more about that further down.

  • Camprosa

We are strongly aligned with CAMPROSA (Campus Protection Society of Southern Africa) which is a representative Universities security body. See www.camprosa.co.za. The Website has been sponsored by Sukema and we are also a member of Camprosa.

Chase Estates Management System

The Chase Estates Management System provides Estate Control Rooms or Call Centres with an operational management system that manages all aspects of Maintenance, Security, Visitor / Contractor management, Assets and Home Owner queries.  A big drive for the sharing of data across Estates is happening from different forums and bodies to combat crime.  This is a strategic market focus or drive and we have employed a specialist product owner to tackle this over the next few years.  Target Golf Estates +-350 excludes residential lifestyles estates and other estates.

  • Visitor Manager

The Visitor Management Module is designed for communication to visitors at Office Parks, Lifestyle Estates, Universities, Mines and any other operation that requires visitors to be pre-booked and verified at the entrance of a premises. The biggest benefit of this application is that expected visitors can be verified by means of a code which is generated by the person who is expecting the visitor. The code is stored in a database which the access control officer can verify either by accessing the system frontend or by a mobile verification process. This module operates in a USSD environment, eliminating the need for expensive SMS options.

  • USSD – Visitor Management

Offers a solution to visitor management issues faced by lifestyle estates and other businesses alike. By engaging in a USSD session from their mobile phone, the resident is able to request a unique visitor code for expected guests at a fraction of the price of a standard text message. This code is allocated specifically to the resident requesting it and can be verified by the guard at the front gate before granting access to the site. USSD can be utilized in many other ways to provide a mobile interactive method to communicate with the Chase platform.

Chase Trip Register

Chase Trip Register is currently running in the BAT ZA ops room in Johannesburg, it manages the monitoring of their outsourced fleet of +250 trucks on a minute-to-minute basis fully integrated into Chase as the back-end, as well as to their C-Track system.  Each truck fully laden has a value of +-R20m and you may have seen their anti black market cigarette campaign that shows just how seriously they take the security of their highly valuable commodity and the risks they face every second.

The solution provides a “Panic” button alert from any mobile directly into Chase.  We are launching a fully sponsored solution on the 25th July 2011 into UCT then plan to roll-out to eight Universities as a free sponsored service. Our vision is to at the same time offer a pay-per-use solution to the broader public.  The killer application includes a roaming function that provides the subscriber peace of mind knowing that there is a Chase security manned response team linked nearby.
